Our advisers often hear the same queries, whether they’re about security or how we work, and to save you time, we’ve compiled all the answers into a convenient FAQ reference. How does FoxKash Limited work?
We are with you for every step of the way during your move to cloud accounting, and provide ongoing support thereafter. FoxKash Limited offers a comprehensive range of services including bookkeeping, moving data from desktop packages to cloud accounting packages and client cloud accounting training and support. Our fee structure is transparent, and we are always available to answer any queries.
How are your fees calculated?
Our aim is to provide you with an exceptional yet cost-effective service. All our services are tailored to suit your requirements. You decide how much or how little support you require and then we agree on a fee. Try our quote generator for a quick readout.
What software do you use?
We use Xero for completing our bookkeeping but we are also experienced in using QuickBooks and Sage. Most accounting software works in essentially the same way so if you’re already paying for an alternative package of your choice, we can work with whatever you have.
How secure is my financial and personal data?
FoxKash Limited takes the security of your data very seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for Data Protection and we use our virtual cabinet portal to transfer data securely. You never need to worry about your data falling into the wrong hands or being lost.
What types of business do you work with?
We mainly work with sole traders and small limited companies in a variety of industries across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. At FoxKash Limited, we always take time to get to know your business, so if your industry requires a specific procedural practice, that’s no problem.
What hours do you work?
We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to help with any support or queries you may have. Just get in touch.
